Ok, I admit it, I watched Fairly Legal on USA but I didn't want to! However, I got sucked right in. USA has some great shows whether it is the incredibly written Psyche, or the clever White Collar, they are behind some of the best shows on television, and this is quite a bold statement considering what I've seen on tv lately.

So Christian Bale wins a golden globe for his role as Dicky Ecklund in the Fighter and he deserved it. I have to say that Dicky was one of the most annoying characters I've seen in a long time and you have to be brilliant to play him. I also have to say that I didn't buy Bale's prowess as a boxer but in the scene where he dropped the bouncer he seemed to possess the Perfect Punch.
