Controversial comedian GEORGE CARLIN has died. He was 71.
The star, known for his edgy and provocative stand up routines, died of heart failure at a Los Angeles hospital on Sunday 22 June 08.
Carlin, who had a long history of heart problems and drug dependency, was admitted to the Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, California earlier that day (22Jun08) and passed away in the evening.
Carlin rose to fame in the 1960s with appearances on TV programmes including The Ed Sullivan Show. He went on to become a regular on U.S. TV and became the first ever host of NBC's famed Saturday Night Live show in 1975. Carlin also appeared in a variety of movie roles and is best known as Rufus from 1989's Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

I'm getting a bit tired of this little Vanity Fair rag trying to pick on Hollywood Stars like Gina Gershon . That's my job!

So I'm gonna dish the dirt on Gershon and show you amateurs at Vanity Unfair how to do it!

The problem is that there is no dirt on Gina Gershon. She is a hard working actress that stays out of trouble and doesn't belong in my column at all.

Right now Gina is starring in Boeing Boeing on Broadway, playing a really funny role on Curb Your Enthusiasm, and playing some pretty cool music when she gets a chance.

But, since it's, summer time and kids are going to camp, let me tell you all why I find Gina personally so very creepy. It's because of Camp Creepy Time , and if you don't know what that is by know, you need to put down your Vanity Fair and start living.

Yep, that my scary little Gina Gershon secret. She is the co-author of a really cool children's book about a kid who finds out that his summer camp is a bit more than he bargained for. Camp Creepy Time is already set to be made into a film and the book itself is great. If you have kids, go buy this thing do some bonding. You will have a great time.

Former Greys Anatomy star Kate Walsh shocked the world when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live in just a white towel and high heels.

She was there to promote the upcoming season of Private Practice but felt that her planned attire did not fit properly, and decided to bare it all. Or at least most of it on stage.

Kate has always been a great talk show guest and her legs stole the show. It was a dream come true for Jimmy Kimmel but I think he blew the interview. Besides a few boner jokes, he did not lead Kate very well. Perhaps he was just stunned.

He did ask if Walsh would accept an emmy nod for guest starring on Greys Anatomy, and one for lead role in Private Practice, or did she feel the material she was given was sub par?

Kate gracefully blew by Kimmels reference to snot face Katherine Heigl and her recent stab at the Greys writers.

So now it is time to see Kate Walsh in her hot little towel and then take a look behind the scenes as she greets her creepy fans after the show.

I say, who cares? Up Up and Away in that hot air balloon you are in on the set of your movie The Ugly Truth.

And you should take that hot air about the emmy's with you. I really think Heigl threw her writers under the bus when she pulled out of the emmy's. She said she doesn't deserve a nomination because she wasn't given material to work with worthy of an award.

I seem to remember Katherine chain smoking on the picket line with those same writers she is insulting now.

I can understand if she wants to leave Grey's Anatomy and do huge blockbusters like The Ugly Truth and the other stinker she just signed onto called Escape.

But, what's really going on with these dingbats in Hollywood? They pretend to be other people on television. Then they get in shiny dresses and give each other awards. The next thing you know, they think they are the only hot blonde in town.

My advice to Katherine Heigl is burn every bridge at Grey's and go hit the big screen. Let's see what happens. You will come crawling back to television just in time to play the next hot blonde's mother is some drama.

David Caruso got lucky when he left NYPD Blue for film, and then landed CSI. But he is a guy and looks don't matter as much.

Do remember Farrah, or Suzanne Sommers, or Cheryl Ladd even. They were all hotter than you and where are they now?

The fact that for the past month or so, Lindsay and her girl toy Samantha Ronson, have been touted gay heroes has nothing to do with it.

I hope Lindsay is a lesbo, because I think she is an ugly skank. I like my leading ladies hot!!! Samantha is a great talent and they make a fine duo.

It's not Lindsay's little sex games with the Paparazzi that could kill her career, it is her stupidity.

Lindsay is an idiot and her past proves it. Bob Graham is the Executive Editor of Two Tools of the Trade , which is a highly informative blog dedicated to the Insurance Industry. Graham brings up a heck of a point, and everyone should read his quick little post called Bad Girl Lindsay Lohan Finally Gets Underwritten.

Let's think about this for a minute. Lindsay Lohan has such a bad past that no insurance companies wanted to underwrite her film. We might think nothing of it, but those Hollywood executives sure do.

If I was an in charge I would drop the little mess for a fresh and clean breakout star. So unless Mrs Ronson straightens up her act and starts to behave, Hollywood fame and fortune might leave her behind.

I think all the lesbo crap is just to keep her in the news and remind Hollywood that she can still create the type of buzz that will put dollars in their pockets.

I think Lindsay would prefer to keep making films than spreading her legs for Penthouse!
