 Rapper DMX has angered a Florida judge by swearing in court after he was refused bail.
The Party Up star, who is facing drug possession charges, appeared at Miami-Dade Circuit Court in Florida on Monday (26Aug08) hoping to be freed on bail.
But the request was refused and he was told he will have to spend another month behind bars - causing the rapper to mutter: "I ain't going back to no f**king jail."
Court judge Lawrence Schwartz heard the remark - and told DMX: "Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me."
The rapper - real name Earl Simmons - is due back in court on 2 October (08).
